Easter Holiday Closures
The FunctionalDX office will be working Spring break between the 5th – 11th April.
Please note the following:
The lab will be closed from 7th – 11th April.
The last date to return bloods to the labs is Wednesday 5th April, with next day delivery. Or Thursday 6th with same day courier delivery.
You will still be able to place orders throughout the long weekend via the website, but the last day we will be posting kits out is Wednesday April 5th (for orders before 1pm).
All tests ordered between Wednesday April 5th (after 1pm) and Monday April 10th will be sent out on Tuesday April 11th.
The office team operation will be limited on Thursday April 6th and on Tuesday April 11th and will resume as normal from Wednesday April 12th.
Our office phone lines will not be manned between Thursday April 6th and Monday April 10th.
We strongly advise that you do not book blood draws until your client has received their ordered kit. We have a number of postal options available at checkout if you require next office working day delivery. Please see the FAQ’s for more information on test kit dispatch.
