Finger prick tests moved to Blood Builder Index range

The following Index range tests have been renamed and moved into the Blood Builder Index range.

• Index B12 is now Blood Builder Index B12
• Index Vitamin D is now Blood Builder Index Vitamin D
• Index Iron is now Blood Builder Index Iron
• Index Lipid is now Blood Builder Index Lipid
• Index Liver Function is now Blood Builder Index Liver Function
• Index PSA is now Blood Builder Index PSA
• Index Renal is now Blood Builder Index Renal
• Index Thyroid is now Blood Builder Index Thyroid

With Blood Builder you will receive one standard diagnostic report utilising clinical ranges. This is different to the full FDX Professional report that uses optimal ranges and our proprietary algorithms to identify patterns across 19 body systems to deliver comprehensive analysis.

• Turnaround is 2 working days from the date in lab*.
• Support calls are not included however 20 mins clinical support calls can be purchased separately for all Index tests.
• Report comparisons are only available against the same Blood Builder panel in order to track client progression.
• No selected add-ons are available for this Blood Builder Index range.
• You cannot add on any post test add-on or upgrades after the test has been run.

Test Collection Kits Explained

Do you need a test collection kit sent?

When supplying client details, you will be asked if your client needs a test collection kit to be sent to their home address.

YES: If you answer a test collection kit IS needed:

• Then a test collection kit will be sent by first class post to the provided address.
• If the address provided is incorrect, then you will need to purchase another test collection kit or reclaim the kit sent to the wrong address.

NO: If you answer a test collection kit IS NOT needed:

• Then a test collection kit will not be sent.
• If your client is going to a clinic that holds a stock of our test collection kits, please do not order a kit to be sent. Otherwise, there will be a charge for the extra kit, or it will have to be returned to us unopened.

Replacement test collection kits

• Please note there is a £15.00 charge for replacement test collection kits.
• Please also note that rectifying any of the above issues will hold up the blood analysis process.

Finger prick tests

• Please note all finger prick tests (Fatty Acids, KBMO, and Index) will be posted to the client’s home address, even if ordered with any Professional or Essential tests, unless otherwise agreed.

We will email you only when your test results are ready!

Simply click on My Account/View Test Results to access all of your results through the FunctionalDX secure portal.

For first time users, we will email you with your portal registration details.
