Test Collection Kits Explained
Do you need a test collection kit sent?
When supplying client details, you will be asked if your client needs a test collection kit to be sent to their home address.
YES: If you answer a test collection kit IS needed:
- Then a test collection kit will be sent by first class post to the provided address.
- If the address provided is incorrect, then you will need to purchase another test collection kit or reclaim the kit sent to the wrong address.
NO: If you answer a test collection kit IS NOT needed:
- Then a test collection kit will not be sent.
- If your client is going to a clinic that holds a stock of our test collection kits, please do not order a kit to be sent. Otherwise, there will be a charge for the extra kit, or it will have to be returned to us unopened.
Replacement test collection kits
- Please note there is a £15.00 charge for replacement test collection kits.
- Please also note that rectifying any of the above issues will hold up the blood analysis process.
Finger prick tests
- Please note all finger prick tests (Fatty Acids, KBMO, and Index) will be posted to the client’s home address, even if ordered with any Professional or Essential tests, unless otherwise agreed.
