Is this your first FDX report? We offer a free report call for all first-time users so you can become proficient in using your FDX report. Contact us via your account page support booking to make an appointment for the team to go through the results with you.

Functional Testing Education

For professionals Join the FDX Inner circle which contains a wealth of education and information to assist you in gaining a fundamental understanding of Functional Medicine on Blood and Health reports. We can offer access to an online education program by the Academy of Blood Chemistry.  This is designed for health care practitioners  which will walk you through step-by-step how to use FDX with your clients. Empowering you to take charge, reduce time inefficiencies, and increase client satisfaction.

As a practitioner, you access the education site from your practitioner account.

If you need to cancel an order, FunctionalDX provides refunds on the following basis; please refer to the cancellation policy in the terms and conditions on the site as follows

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The kit box must be returned to us in an unused and resaleable state, and in an outer covering (plastic or envelope).
When the kit is returned, we will refund the cost of the test to the account from which it was paid.
If the kit is damaged or unusable, then an admin fee of £30.00 be deducted from the refund.
